Project Evil Land. Project 67 Land 3
The cancelled sequel to Project 67 Land 2. Development didn't get very far before the game was canned.
Interestingly enough, this game was set to be included in one of my later cancelled games, KazooieWare. There would've been alterations of course to better fit the KazooieWare game. Despite a very rough conversion having been made, it was dropped long before the KazooieWare project itself was cancelled.
